How to Arrive
Via Porto Airport

- Connection from airport to Braga by Bus – 50 minutes non-stop: The company Get Bus provides a direct transportation service between the cities of Braga and Porto Airport. In the city of Braga, you can access these services at the Central Bus Station, which serves as the departure point (the journey is non-stop and takes approximately 50 minutes). - By bus
From Porto there are regular bus services to major national and European destinations. The companies offering the widest variety of destinations are Rede Nacional de Expressos, InterNorte and Flixbus. All of these companies operate from the new Terminal Intermodal de Campanhã.
- By train
Porto is served by two train stations – Campanhã and São Bento – and connected to Braga by an urban train service with multiple daily schedules. You can check the schedules for the urban train service here. For this option, the travel time is around 60 minutes. Tickets for the urban trains must be purchased directly at the box office of the Campanhã and São Bento stations. Prices can be checked here.
High-speed trains, including the Alfa Pendular and Intercidades, operate between Porto and Braga. You can check the timetable on the interactive menu of the website. For these trains, online ticket purchase is possible.
- By car
Porto and Braga are directly connected by the A3 highway. The journey between the two cities takes about 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. You can use the Viamichelin website to plan the best route and evaluate costs.
If you want to rent a car, several international companies operate within the country, and local options can also be found online. Some rental car choices include Europcar, Sixt, Budget, Avis, and Hertz.

At Porto Airport and in the city centre, taxi services are available for a trip to Braga.
